The first discovery by man : Fire

Fire as we all know today, is the most important thing in our daily life. If we look around ourselves we can see many things which needs fire for working. From the food we cook to the fireplace we take as a shield in times of winter is all fire. Fire is a yellow glow of sparks, nothing much. This is the simplest definition of fire. But yeah if we talk about the scientific definition of fire then " Fire is chemical reaction which is accompanied with the release of lot of energy." This was what I learnt somewhere in the books.

The invention of fire dates us back to millions of years ago when human beings used to be raw hunters. Those ancient human beings accidentally  produced fire by rubbing two stones with each other vigourously. We can perform this experiment at home also if we have enough time to constantly rub two stones with each other until it creates sparks.

Sparks are the energy - beams which comes out when different charges (positive and negative) collide with each other constantly. Fire is a reaction which uses oxygen to burn and accompanied with fuel as a food   with the evolution of large amount of energy in the form of heat and light. This heat is visible to us as a yellow light. The light of the fire all have different colours depending on its intensities and heat it emits, such as the fire,s color is yellow when it is somewhat, say cold, and the color is blue when it is very very very hot and releases a massive amount of energy.

Therefore, fire was one the first and the greatest discoveries made by man millions of years ago and always remember -

"Fire was not invented it was discovered".
